Finding Christ in the World @ Christ Church, Waco
ISI is pleased to announce the twelve week Ignatian retreat, Finding Christ in the World, will be offered at Christ Church, Waco, Tx beginning Wednesday March 8, 2023.
This retreat moves through twelve themes for prayer. You will pray each day with a given scripture passage. The retreat also includes brief notes and prompts to encourage and support your experience of prayer.
The retreat unfolds as you pray daily with the materials, keeping your own notes. Then, each week you will meet with a group of others who are praying and ready to share their experience of praying in the retreat materials. The group's spiritual conversation explores the intersections of prayer and daily living, and is helped by Ignatian spiritual companions guiding the retreat. This retreat will meet on Wednesdays, 5:30 to 6:45 pm at Christ Church in Waco.
Participants are responsible to purchase their own Finding Christ in the World retreat book through the Boston College Institute of Jesuit Sources. You can order online here. Please allow 10 days for delivery of the retreat book.
