ISI offers workshops for persons - Jesuits, religious, and lay - who serve in ministries of the church, especially spiritual companioning in the Ignatian tradition. Themes of the workshops vary but often include opportunities to deepen understanding of the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius and development and growth of the Ignatian spiritual director.

ISI workshops offer practical guidance for different contexts of direction and always pay close attention to the person who serves and the role of discernment in all ministries and persons who serve them.

In the ISI workshop, participants attend plenary sessions for input and framework; work in triads for case studies and practical exercises; have opportunity to meet with persons with long experience doing the work in the various contexts; share their own experiences and best practices for the work; have opportunity for personal prayer and Eucharist celebrations.

ISI workshops are offered in various locations and can be offered to your local group. Information regarding workshops is posted as it becomes available. The current planning for a 2018 workshop is being finalized and information will be made available soon.
